Resolution, audio and original files
Formats come from the source, so HD and 4K are not guaranteed for every video. Conversion does not add detail beyond the original. Some original codecs require a compatible player
Stopped downloads or failed preparation
Check your connection and free storage. Try a smaller file or copy a fresh link. Combining video and audio can take time depending on clip length and the service queue
